Nursing Services

We provide a variety of skilled nursing services such as wound care and Wound Vac™ Management, Pain Management, I.V. Infusions, Medication Management, Cardiac Program, Diabetic Program, Diet Education, Memory Care and Mental Health Nursing, and an Incontinence Program. 

Therapy Services

We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy to help us achieve optimal goals for our clients. Each discipline has specific programs that focus on the clients individual needs and are supervised by the MD

 

Medical Social Worker Services

Our Medical Social Worker helps our clients with finding the appropriate community programs and assistance. We do everything we can to make sure our patients are at their highest level of independence after the use of our services.

Home Health Aide Services

We have Home Health Aides that can assist with bathing while we work on rebuilding our clients independence.

Attendant Services

Attendants are available for light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, shopping, med reminders, companionship, bathing/grooming, toileting and transfers.
